Help Desk Process for Student Chromebooks - Jim Monti

Hi Folks: If you have an issue regarding a student's Chromebook please make sure that you send the request via the secretary in your building. Your building secretary will create the help desk ticket in Aspen. Please DO NOT create the ticket yourself. If you create the ticket yourself we will close the ticket, and ask you to follow the correct procedure. Thanks for your cooperation.
